Image Marketing International Pty Ltd created, developed and established Video Marketing Australia into the state of Queensland. Based on the Gold Coast this business introduced the first in-house movie video system to Australia. Over 3 years all the Gold Coast hotels, apartment buildings & complexes were installed with an Australian designed cable & laser system to cater for the needs of visiting holiday makers.

Peter (through IMI) took on the role of CEO in the development of the $15 Million Pier 21 Marina Complex in North Fremantle owned by the listed company Marine & Leisure Ltd . Created 8 divisions - charter boats; 330 seat riverside restaurant; catering facility; time share resort; floating marina (360 pens); hardstanding & lifting, full marina service, chandlery and overall administration and a marketing arm. Once development completed managed the 132 staff and management team for duration of the America's cup period (1986/7).

Accepted a 6 month contract to launch an Australian designed and developed rear mid mounted brake light for vehicles into the USA by Stardor International Pty Ltd. It had just become mandatory to install these in all new cars. Based in Miami Florida once it was fully established, handed over to the newly trained management & sales team.

IMI invited to handle the marketing of a new satellite communications system and proposed network throughout the Pacific Rim. SATCOM International was the first company after deregulation of the communications industry in Australia and Asia (previously all Government owned), to open up satellite packet switching systems into 13 Countries, from Japan down to New Zealand. Became a 25% shareholder in 1988 - company sold out to UK Corporation in 1991.

IMI was contracted to the Clough Group of Companies to handle the domestic & international business development for the Wundowie Foundry that had many very successful products needing greater exposure. Agricultural markets in the USA, Canada, UK and South Africa were the key targets as well as the North West Mining conglomerates in Australia for other wear resistant products.

Created a franchise organisation: Im-Press Promotions Australia starting in Perth. Was very successful with almost 200 sales in 3 years, then taken internationally to a UK base and introduced to the European marketplace via Im-Press Promotions International. By 2003 had established offices in Perth, Bournemouth and Dubai, with warehouses in Sydney, Christchurch and Hampshire.
By 2004 almost 400 Im-Press Promotions franchises had been sold with more coming on board every month through the efforts of International Master Franchisees.

Following a return to Perth and a disposal of our holdings in the international operation of Im-Press Promotions, the focus of IMI was primarily in the West Australian & Australian markets. This consisted of managing various personal business interests and handling several consulting contracts in marketing, business development and project management. We also invested in the property development market quite successfully.

In 2006 Peter & Lynn bought out the rest of the shares in the company and soon introduced more Quiet Cone franchised sites into Australasia.

In late 2007 they noticed the start of the downturn in the economy and global financial markets so they proceeded to look seriously for another income interest. By investing in the Network Marketing Industry it proved incredibly successful for them as www.thesecretofsuccess.biz this new approach matched their experience and expertise well, and with the existing network they already had, they were soon able to grow that considerably.

Image Marketing International introduced this exciting new home, boat & business alert system to the marketplace in 2010. Not only was it the most effective system in the market as it sent real time images directly to a mobile phone alerting you to an activation, there was also an opportunity to become part of the referral team by telling others about it. After a year of successfully marketing this product a cheap version was introduced into the large Hardware stores by an asian distributor and made our product un-competitive even though it was of a much higher standard.
Although Peter & Lynn are no longer promoting the Personal Development program of Polaris they actively ran Workshops on the '11 Forgotten Laws of Attraction' at their Parkerville Retreat location, Home of the Quiet Cone.
In 2011 Peter & Lynn decided it was time to attempt a form of retirement again, and left for extensive travelling around North America and staying there on a semi permanent basis. During this pleasurable time they were again lured back into business with the discovery of an amazing product they re-named the Proton Patch - it protects people against the micro-wave radiation from phones and WiFi. After establishing a base in California they built up a network of agents to sell and promote this product while at the same time marketed it via the internet.
They were also so disgusted with the lack of controls over the manufacture and promotion of these cancer causing devices (as defined by the World Health Organisation) they wrote a book on the dangers especially to young people. This book and the Proton Patches are still regularly purchased by users globally.

In 2013 due to an unforeseen health issue, Peter & Lynn found themselves in Bali, and whilst staying in Ubud, decided it was worth considering the establishment of one of their Quiet Cone operations locally. This then developed into the building of 2 very large Pyramids and a restaurant on a large and very beautiful piece of land on the outskirts of Ubud in the hills of Southern Bali. As a total first globally, this forthcoming attraction has already gained the attention of many and promises to be a huge success both financially and spiritually helping many through the introduction of sound vibration in many forms to the visitors: body, mind and spirit.
